Situated on the same property as the Elk Country Visitor Center, the fully furnished Elk Mountain Homestead farmhouse is available for vacation and overnight rentals.

The Homestead may be the most relaxed and intimate way to experience Elk Country.  The property is a feeding and bedding area for elk, and features prime elk viewing areas with panoramic views of the surrounding fields, woods and wildlife.  This charming 2-story, three-bedroom property sleeps up to 10 people and includes a living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and bath.

Managed by the Keystone Elk Country Alliance and owned by the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources,  all proceeds from this rental property benefit elk and other wildlife.
